The National Association of Women Business Owners is the voice of more than 10 million women-owned businesses in the United States. Since 1975, NAWBO has helped women grow their businesses by sharing resources and providing a collective viewpoint to help shape economic and public policy. It is the only dues-based national organization representing the interests of all women entrepreneurs across all industries.
"I am fortunate to be a woman in America who was given the opportunity to achieve her dream. I want women everywhere to have that same opportunity and am pleased to work with the NAWBO Institute for Entrepreneurial Development to increase opportunities for women entrepreneurs."
Sara Blakely, Spanx founder and head of The Sara Blakely Foundation
NEW MEMBER ENGAGEMENT & VOLUNTEERS
We are proud of our growing organization and the success of our members. Together we will create opportunity for the female business leaders in our community. We would love your support to invite and welcome new members (see the Share/Invite button below), support and mentor them, and ensure our members greatly benefit from the value of their NAWBO-NW membership.
Our NAWBO-Northwest Chapter was founded in 1995 by Coralie Myers in her capacity as director of the Spokane Business Incubation Center. Our chapter continues to be a vital source of support for more than 75 women business owners from the Inland Northwest. We are one of only two NAWBO chapters in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
